We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team at Tewkesbury Borough Council. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our community by delivering high-quality, accessible services to residents, businesses, and visitors.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of council services, handling enquiries via telephone, live chat, email, and face-to-face interactions. Your role will be key in ensuring residents receive timely, accurate information and support.
