Tewkesbury Borough Council is looking to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner. 
 
Are you a strategic HR professional ready to make a real impact?

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the council, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in shaping our People & Culture function, supporting organisational development, and delivering transformational change projects that align with our strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partnering with managers and senior leaders to provide expert HR advice.
  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload with professionalism and care.
  • Leading and contributing to key organisational change initiatives.
  • Helping to evolve the People & Culture function into a proactive, strategic business partner.
 What we’re looking for:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Digital confidence and competence.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR business partnering role.
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
