  • 37 hours per week - part time working considered
  • Temporary Contract - 10 months

As a Facilities Management Administration Assistant in a small but ambitious team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of council services, as well as helping to develop and implement the council’s vision and priorities.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer care skills to assist the Asset Management team in managing the council’s property portfolio. You will be required to work alongside officers and councilors to proactively manage the council’s assets. 

Working within a constructive team environment, we are looking for a motivated individual who have the ability to manage themselves and their workload. Good organisational skills are also important.

Working within the public sector gives a unique experience that we think can provide a fantastic opportunity for career development.

Ideal candidates will be considered for a part-time or full-time basis that meets the services delivery requirements.
